Oxigen were engaged by CIC Australia and LMC to prepare the landscape Master Plan for the Northgate 3 development. Detailed designs for numerous reserves and streetscapes have been undertaken with a number of these having been constructed. A collaborative approach through the design process, involving groups such as the SA Active Living Coalition, has resulted in high quality, well integrated spaces which foster a strong sense of community. Lightsview is a major urban infill project with a Landscape Master Plan and Guidelines established to guide a common outcome for a staged development over a period of years.
